| This article is refer to an aspirational goal of the FISDEV methodology. It refers to the generally applied approach from the Open Methodology Framework that will be more relevant once FISDEV has reached a mature state.

A Leadership Team will be formulated to take lead the overall methodology. At this stage, the Team is as follows:
open-sustainability was initially created by Sean McClowry, who founded the Open Methodology Framework and the MIKE2.0 Methodology. open-sustainability is a derivative work from this initial content.
Angela McClowry runs and manages the company and the site, developing content and building the online community. Angela has nearly eight years experience in the sustainability space across many disciplines and geographic regions.
Rebecca Petzel is currently volunteering with open-sustainability assisting with strategic direction of the site and expanding content. Rebecca has recently completed a thesis on the potential of web-enabled collaborative innovation networks for sustainability.
