From Open Sustainability
The activities in Phase 4 are the core componments of the sustainability program. Here the system that has been developed in the earlier stages comes into play as we manage the 'real work'.
Overview
Phase 4 can be broken into 3 major groups of activities:
- Plan - Review existing literature on the issue at hand and ensure the project team is knowledgeable on the background and desired outcomes.
- Do - Complete the work in accordance with applicable standards or regulations.
- Check - Check the data that is generated and prepare summary reports.
