Hi Jenny, the profiles and messaging are are not part of standard MediaWiki. We used some code from the Wikia team and then further extended it to build it for omCollab. Angela

Hi Jenny
This is something that can happen with the rich editor. It is like when you are in word and you cant seem to fix the formatting unless you have the paragraph marks showing. If this happens again switch to wikitext you will see some blank versions of these === === delete them. I have dont it for you. Will get back to you re button on left soon.
